entry qualifications

Exhibits must be handmade by the exhibitor. In principle, you must sell your own work.
Exhibitors are limited to writers (craftsmen, artists, etc.) or those engaged in similar activities (including amateurs).
(Please note that you must exhibit as an individual. Please do not apply as a group or as a company.)
*Minors must have the consent of their parents or guardians to exhibit.
Food exhibitors will be asked to present their “Business License” at the venue reception desk.

Application Guidelines

Application guidelines are set for each venue and each date. Please be sure to check the application guidelines before making a reservation.

Exhibit Flow

Reservations are required to exhibit. Reservations can only be made through this website.
Reservations are limited to one booth per person.
Reservations are by selection only. We may close the application early if there are too many applications.
*We will accept reservations from many prospective exhibitors and select from among them.
Please refer to the booth announcement for booth location and layout.
Booth locations are subject to change depending on conditions on the day of the event.
Furniture and fixtures are not available for rent for a fee. The rental fee for one table and one chair is included in the exhibition fee.
*Please bring your own tablecloths and fixtures necessary for the exhibition.

In case of rain or stormy weather

Outdoor venues will be cancelled in case of rain or stormy weather. Some venues may be cancelled in case of light rain.
Please check the announcement section of this website to confirm whether the event will be held or not. (after 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event)
*In the event of predictable weather (typhoon, snow, etc.), the event may be cancelled in advance. In such cases, an announcement will be made on the website by the day before the event.
*If the event is decided to be held at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event, it will not be cancelled, postponed or refunded in principle.

Late arrivals and absences on the day of the event

Please contact us as soon as possible after you know you will be late or absent using the Contact Us form on this website.
*Please note that if you do not contact us, your reservation will become invalid 30 minutes after the event.
*For those who cancel without notice on the day of the exhibition, we reserve the right to refuse future exhibits.

Prohibited acts in the venue

The following actions are prohibited

Drinking and smoking
*Smoking is allowed in some venues. In such cases, please be sure to use the smoking area.
Damage to buildings, sacred trees, flowers, plants, or facilities at the venue.
In the event of any damage to the facilities, you must immediately pay for all costs associated with restoring the facilities to their original condition.
Overhang from booth coverage
Fire use
Exhibits with animals
Banquets, entertainment, food and beverages
Noise, scent, and other activities that may disturb the surrounding environment.

<Other points to note
Please keep your own luggage in your booth. For security reasons, staff (at the venue reception desk) will not keep your luggage.
No luggage may be carried in or out of unauthorized areas (e.g., on the streets near the venue).
Please take all trash with you when you exhibit.
We ask that you strictly adhere to the clean-up time. If you need more time for clean-up, please start the clean-up work as soon as possible.
We will not accept any other exhibits that are contrary to the purpose of the exhibition.

From the announcement of the winners to the day of the event

Please confirm whether you have been selected or not on the date of the announcement of the winners as stated in the application guidelines. Only the winners will be notified by e-mail.
Booth announcements will be made on the Monday of the week of the event. Please confirm your booth location.
Please confirm whether or not the event will be held on the morning of the day of the event.
Please check in at the registration desk and confirm your booth location.
*Exhibitor permits, exhibitor stickers, and questionnaires will be handed out at the reception desk. Please let us know if you need a receipt.
Please complete preparations at least 10 minutes prior to the event time.
Once you start, please enjoy communicating with visitors and serving them.
After the event, please fill out and submit the questionnaire. Please start the clean-up operation.
Please be careful not to forget anything.
*There will be a complete cleanup one hour after the end of the event. If you need more time to clean up, please start work as soon as possible. If you exceed this time, you will be charged an extra fee.

Food Exhibitors

If you wish to exhibit food products, please confirm the following information.

Only food products manufactured at locations that have received a business license from the public health center in advance may be exhibited. Please present your business license at the reception desk for each event. Any exhibitor who misuses the business license will not be allowed to exhibit in the future.
All food products must be clearly labeled with the following six items: product name, expiration date, phone number, address, manufacturer’s name, and name of ingredients. Foods that are not clearly labeled cannot be sold.
Please package all food items in advance. Packaging at the venue is strictly prohibited for food sanitation purposes.
For hygienic and fire prevention reasons, cooking and selling food at the venue is not allowed.
Please prepare garbage bags for customers to dispose of their garbage.
We reserve the right to refuse exhibits with strong odors, pet food, or other items that we deem do not fit the atmosphere of the event.

Fixtures and Furnishings Rental

Tables and chairs are not available for rent. The rental fee for one table and one chair is included in the exhibition fee. No additional fixtures can be added.
*Fixtures will be placed in the booth on the day of the event. Please return them to the reception desk when you leave.
Booth size varies at each venue. Please check the application guidelines.
