entry qualifications

Exhibits must be handmade by the exhibitor. In principle, you must sell your own work.
Exhibitors are limited to writers (craftsmen, artists, etc.) or those engaged in similar activities (including amateurs).
(Please note that you must exhibit as an individual. Please do not apply as a group or as a company.)
*Minors must have the consent of their parents or guardians to exhibit.

Notes on products for sale

Since the main purpose of “Hale Marche” is to support the activities of individual artists, we do not permit ideological presentations, campaigns, public relations activities, or promotional activities, even using handmade works.
Selling works on consignment from other artists, remade works using existing products, or purchased products is prohibited. (Sales of works using materials that are prohibited to be used for the purpose of sale are prohibited.)　(e.g.) Items printed with manufacturer or brand logos, etc.
Antiques, clothing, household goods, gifts, etc. are not allowed to be displayed.
Returns and exchanges due to defects in sold items will be handled directly with the customer. Please be responsible for your sales.
Sales of items that are against the law, dangerous items such as knives, and items that require a manufacturing and sales license under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law (such as soap) are prohibited.
Display and sale of copyright infringing materials is prohibited.
Exhibitors found to be selling any of the above prohibited items will have their exhibit cancelled.

Application Guidelines

Application guidelines are set for each venue. Please be sure to check the application guidelines before making a reservation.

Exhibit Flow

Reservations are required to exhibit. Reservations can only be made through this website.
Reservations are by selection only. We may close the application early if there are too many applications.
*We will accept reservations from many prospective exhibitors and select from among them.
Booth locations are not selectable. We will place them at our discretion.
Booth locations are subject to change during the exhibition.
We do not rent out fixtures for a fee. Large fixtures such as basic wagons and tables must be used with fixtures provided by us or the facility.
*Please bring your own small fixtures and tablecloths for display on the tables.

Points to note when exhibiting

Cancellations will not be accepted after the application deadline. Please confirm the date and venue before applying.
Please note that we cannot compensate for any expected damage that occurs during the event.
Please take all trash with you when you bring it in and out or when you serve customers at the POPUP booth.
No sound, fragrance, or other activities that may disturb others are allowed in the venue.
The use of firearms in the venue is strictly prohibited.
Please do not damage the equipment, fixtures, and facilities in the venue.
*In the unlikely event that facilities/store fixtures are damaged due to exhibitor negligence, exhibitors may be asked to pay for the cost of restoring the facility/store fixtures to their original state.
*Please secure the fixtures you bring with you so that they do not fall over.
*Fixtures that can easily fall over are not allowed. Please check the rule book to be sent at a later date for details.
Please note that there are height restrictions.

Late arrivals or absences when serving customers at move-in/out or POPUP booths

We ask that you strictly adhere to the dates and times for delivery and pre-submitted customer service.
Please call the store cell phone as soon as possible after you know you will be late or absent.
*Shop cell phone numbers will be provided in the incoming mail.
*Failure to attend without prior notice may result in the rejection of the exhibitor’s application.

In case of rain or stormy weather

The event will be held indoors, so it will not be cancelled due to rain or stormy weather.
However, there is a possibility that the event may be cancelled if the facility determines that it is “closed for business” due to an earthquake or the spread of infectious diseases.
In principle, there will be no refunds for cancellations during the exhibition period.

Fixtures and Furnishings Rental

We do not rent out fixtures for a fee. Basically, you will be asked to use the fixtures provided by us or the facility.
Booth size varies at each venue. Please check the application guidelines.

Exhibit Plans

Two plans are available.
　(1) Smooth Plan: This plan does not include coverage for theft or loss. No need to prepare a delivery note, and procedures at the time of delivery can be done smoothly.
　(2) Safety Plan: This plan provides compensation for theft and loss. Please prepare a delivery note and we will check the delivery. We guarantee the amount of money (up to 5,000 yen per item) after deducting the sales commission. You cannot participate in the delivery. Separate fees will be charged.

Exhibitor Application Form

This document is required for submitting the application for the transfer of sales and for the facility to carry out.
*Submission will be via Google Forms.
If you have obtained a business registration number in accordance with the introduction of the qualified invoice system (invoice system), please also report your business registration number.

From the announcement of the winners to the day of the event

Please confirm whether you have been selected or not on the date of the announcement of the winners as stated in the application guidelines. Only the winners will be notified by e-mail.
Please submit the exhibition application (including the account to which sales should be transferred) by the due date.
Please prepare the products to be sold, small fixtures for display, tablecloths, etc.
*Please also prepare a delivery note for the Secure Plan.
Artists are requested to come directly to the store on the day of installation, install and display the items by themselves, complete the display within 30 minutes, and leave the building.
*In general, if you are unable to attend the move-in/out in person, you will be charged an agency fee (1,500 yen for move-in and 1,500 yen for move-out) to cover the cost of transporting and laying out your work.
We will send you the details of the delivery method before the exhibition.
If you are not able to bring in the items in person, please mail them to the designated address. (Please specify the date of arrival.)
